Quick Sale of a home?
Posted under Quit Claim DeedWhat is a quick claim and if i do it does the new owner take all of my fincial resposibilties such as my second mortgage?
This is a Quit claim deed. The deed transfers ownership of the property, it does not transfer the debts you are responsible for to the new owner.
